Who we are
The Wasted Chronicles ("we"), 14 Joseph Street, London E3 4HY, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, email support@thewastedchronicles.com.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Payments are handled by our store platform and payment providers — we never see your full card details. If you join our mailing list, we store your email address.
How we use it
We use your details to fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and — only if you signed up — to send you news and drops. We don’t sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the shop: our store platform, payment providers, and delivery carriers. Each processes your data to get your order to you.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer law requires. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to marketing, by emailing support@thewastedchronicles.com. We’ll reply within one working day.
